Dreams - Torquay

I was going to buy on line and have my bed on finance, but I wanted to pay by debit card for someone to assemble the bed and dispose of my old bed. This wasn’t an option on line, but in the shop, the assistant was extremely helpful. I was shown the bed, selected the size and colour I wanted. Set up the finance and paid for the new bed to be assembled and the old one disposed of on my debit card. All very easy and pleasant. The assistant couldn’t have been more helpful.

Steve in the Torquay branch took his time understanding what we were looking for and the difference in available mattresses and our comfort top priority along with cost. We had our 2 year old with us and Steve was very patient that discussions took longer.

I was very happy to try out the smart test bed in order to fine the perfect mattress, it was quick and simple! The assistant (i think his name was Dudley) was amazing, he was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was very kind and patient with us as we had our 1 year with us and entertained him with your famous huge teddy bear! I am Very happy with the experience we had and am looking forward to my new mattress and a good nights sleep! Thankyou

The assistant was very lovely and patient, she was knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me to decide about which mattress and explained the 100 night guarantee. My only slight niggle is on the door (the main reason I went in on that particular day) massive sale on save hundreds of pounds...which is true on all the cheap mattresses, I bought on of the most expensive mattresses in store and saved £100 on a nearly £2000 matress which is closer to 5% not what is advertised on the window, I wasn't expecting 50%. This however is not the sales assistants doing.

Went to go to Benson beds opposite but dreams adverts caught my attention....immediately helpful staff.....amazing technology to find suitable mattress.....really really helpful staff and super easy transaction.....Great delivery leadtime

We were greeted by a very friendly Jacob as soon as we entered the store. We were offered the chance to try the sleep match machine which was amazing! Jacob then gave us a pillow each and a sheet to take with us to put on the mattresses we wished to try out. He led us to the recommended mattresses and let us try them at our leisure. Once we had made our decision we were then told the price. He offered us a bottle of water each whist we 'sealed the deal' and explained everything thoroughly.
