We were served by a young beautiful man called Jacob and he was so nice and helpful well presented and very knowledgeable on the products he was showing us credit to the company.

The whole experience was perfect, we explained what we were looking for and the salesman was extremely helpful and explained the difference between the two mattresses we were looking at as we were not sure which one but he explained and it was very helpful. We have been buying our beds/mattresses for quite a few years from Dreams and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was able to look around and choose my product without being pestered whilst I did so, when I was ready I then approached a sales man for further assistance, and he was very helpful which led to my purchase.

We were looking for a particular set of bedroom furniture but unsure of what would work in the space. The customer assistant was highly knowledgable about the product and with his previous experiences of room planning, made our final choice a lot easier and we feel we have ended up with exactly what we need.
