Everything was fine

I normally dislike going into this type of store as you normally get hounded by the sales staff and when you ask them questions their knowledge is limited. They just want a sale and to then get you to be gone. On this occasion we were met by Steve who was fantastic! Very very genuine, answered all of our questions, couldn't do enough for us. Within in hour I had purchased a Tempur mattress with extras - easy, simple and great experience! Steve deserves a bonus

The staff was very helpful throughout the bed choosing process. Assistant in choosing a bed based on a budget and a bed frame that we saw online. staff were happy and chatty and made me laugh at times. also with the addition to being given a bottle f water during the final purchase really did help.

Everything was quick, easy and delighted with the mattress we brought.

It was all down to the chap serving us. On the evening of Friday 23rd April in the Torquay store. I think his name badge said Dudley. He was great. Was polite and courteous and helped us even when there were other customers he was dealing with. I would like this fed back if possible please. Often people are quick to give negative feedback but we never hear the good work that is done.

We were warmly greeted by Jacob who understood that we wanted time by ourselves initially to view lots of different mattresses, he had a great relaxed approach, and checked back in with us later on to help us narrow down our choice. He was super knowledgable and friendly but not pushy, made the whole experience just right!

Helpful, efficient support from salesperson - plenty of advice to enable me to make a decision with which I am totally happy. At no time was there any pressure applied to me by the salesperson. Totally happy with a successful visit and am looking forward to taking delivery of the new bed in due course. Well done,

Elizebeth was great, very friendly and helpful even though we had a 3 year old literally bouncing around the beds... She showed us the mattress I was interested and then 2/3 others which were so much more comfortable. She was really efficient and professional too.

The assistant was knowledgeable about the products and gave us the time to think about our options. He also provided us with a wide range of mattresses to choose from to provide us with options. The overall experience was pleasant. The store was clean and all social distance measures were in place so we felt safe.

Advisor was so friendly helpful and knowledgable. Was in store an hour and came out with our perfectly matched bed to be delivered in 5 days!
