The assistant who looked after us knew exactly what he was talking about. Excellent product knowledge and helped us in a way that was not pushy or 'hard sell'.

Jacob was very friendly and took time to listen to what we wanted. He was also extremely patient. He allowed us the time to try various mattresses (a couple of them at least twice!) to make sure we were perfectly happy with our choice.

I was made to feel a valued customer, the level of help and guidance was wonderful and I was left feeling I had purchased the best mattress for me with the comfort of knowing I could exchange it after 30 nights sleep on it. Dudley was very helpful and friendly and could not have been nicer

I needed help with the mattress as I have a bad back so I called Wolverhanpton. An assistant called Slim advised me to get a different mattress to the one I had chosen as it was more suitable. Then I spoke to Magnus at the Torquay Branch who took my order for the Bed and Mattress Both these Assistants were most helpful and were able to deal with my questions.It was a good shopping experience with Dreams and I will deal with Dreams in the future.
