Dreams - Torquay

I found the young lady member of staff a very pleasant and competent person who was able to understand the purpose of my visit (Initially I was only intending to "plan" my requirements) and gave me guidance then left me to "explore" to my hearts content. As a result of her help - and the fact that I had purchased from Dreams before - My wife and I were able to select exactly what we wanted and made our purchase trouble free. Excellent service by a very professional member of staff - well done.

We were served by Stephen at Torquay branch. He was highly knowledgeable and gave us the time we needed to make a decision. We used the Dreams machine that body mapped our requirements. Overall very happy so far! Delivery and removal of bed and old bed to go!

My vist to Dreams torquay was great. Steve who took care of my needs was lovely, patient, and fun. I took my sister down two days later and Steve helped her to get the right new bed too. So very happy all round.

The whole experience was fantastic. The service was brilliant, Steven was so friendly and helpful and made the entire process really fun. This was our first time buying a new bed and mattress and it was a great experience. I will be highly recommending both Dreams and Steven. Thank you so much!
