I was highly satisfied because one of the staff was incredibly helpful. Helping me choose the correct mattress for me and also offered me a coffee and was very knowledgeable about the products and lead times on the mattresses and bases. Great customer service 👏

Friendly, helpful service. Not pushy, no hard sell but nearby to answer any queries very efficiently. Knew products well.

We visited the shop at Torquay two times. Jenny was very friendly and kind to us. She let us to taking our time to make the right decision. She knew when to give us a space and when to approach us, and of course, the promotion of the products is intriguing.

Assessed for mattress on a machine, given options, shown options, given time on my own to consider what i wanted, did not feel under pressure to buy anything

Nice friendly staff Stephen at the Torquay branch in devon gave me the options I wanted and he wasn't pushy and he was to the point and when the store was open etc etc also overall my experience with dreams was a nice one 👍
