The assistant Stephen was really helpful he listened to what we wanted and needed and gave us realistic options, but not too many. He was super friendly and didn't over load us with information, we were really impressed with the whole experience also his colleague Elizabeth was super friendly and helpful too

We wanted to buy a bed and pillows without fuss. That is exactly what happened. The member of staff was patient, wasn`t "pushy", informative and gave an offer that we did not know about. We were also, after purchasing a headboard, offered to have it wrapped and carried out to our car for us to take home. All very satisfactory.

The service was friendly informative and extremely helpful. I needed a new mattress and had no idea where to start. From the moment i stepped into the store staff were able to guide me to buying the mattress that is perfect for me and my husband. They offered the use of the sleep mattress to help determine what type we needed. We were offered bottled water. Social distancing was maintained throughout and we impressed by the cleanliness measures put in place in your torquay store. Thank you

Fabulous service in there over an hour the staff member was brilliant very knowledgeable

On entering the store the staff saw us, they didn't rush up and bombard us with sermons or questions, we was given time to hand sanitize and decide what we wanted to do first. Stephen was the salesman that approached us, softly spoken, attentive but not pushy. He explained about the mattress finder which we tried, and we have to say was pretty accurate. Keeping social distancing in mind Stephen showed us the beds best suited to us, which we tried. We decided not to make a decision straight away but went back the next day after taking time to think about the advice we had been offered. We saw Stephen again who remembered us, we had narrowed the choice down to two different beds, and tried them once again. Once our decision had been made the ordering of the bed was quick and easy. We left Dreams very happy with what we had bought and the expertise of Stephen.
