The short evaluation on the bed helped in narrowing the choice down - and Stephen talked us through the various options. There was no rush - and Stephen left us to it a bit at the end for my husband and I to discuss in private. Overall we were very happy. Mind you - we haven’t slept on our new mattress yet!

Elizabeth was very friendly but not over the top and had excellent product knowledge. She was very professional in the way she dealt with us. She knew when it was time to give us space to give us time to discuss the products in private, without being asked to leave us. Very approachable, friendly lady & a pleasure to do business with.

Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable and also had knowledge of the handful of mattresses that would be right for me. I took quite some time choosing and I didn’t feel hurried or pressured in any way. Overall a very good experience thank you!

I was greeted on entering the store, Stephen listened to what I wanted and advised what was available and delivery options, very friendly, had screens up while doing the order and I was offered a free bottle of water

Steve was a very knowledgeable, helpful individual who really helped us make an intelligent / informed choice with our recent bed purchase.

The salesman, was super helpful and knowledgeable. Had the items we were interested in and was willing to give us plenty of time.

Very approachable member of staff named Elizabeth who gave great advice but wasn’t pushy as she gave us the time we needed. We were offered water as well and she took the time to speak to us and help us come to a decision without feeling rushed for time
