Dudley who helped me was excellent. I explained my husband was in hospital, having had a stroke. I needed to replace our bed with 2 singles to make life easier when he returned home. Dudley was really sensitive to my emotional state, gave me lots of advice and time. He was also very conscious I had a limited budget. Excellent service.

Was offered help while looking around but not pestered. Once ready for help, was given efficient good advice about what would be best for me, instead of just trying to get a sale and also not just trying to sell the most expensive items or trying to add loads of extras that I didn’t want. Was offered the best deals and options.

I found the staff attentive, friendly and were understanding of my needs. They were knowledgeable and found a suitable product within minutes. They allowed me time to think about my purchase without pressure. They gave assistance where necessary and made the shopping experience a pleasure.

The chap who served me was very helpful, I had an idea of what I wanted and what I didn't. He guided me through the process without being pushy or impatient. He made me feel comfortable with my choice because of his knowledge. We also recieved bottled water which was a lovely touch as it was a hot day.

The gentleman at the Torquay store was very helpful and spent time going through all of the mattresses suitable for my bad back.

We were approached in a very friendly manner by a staff member known as Elizabeth in the Torquay Branch. She was extremely professional and made everything really easy to understand. After our purchase we left the store feeling very satisfied and we would really appreciate it if this feedback can be passed back to her.
