From the time we entered the store we felt comfortable and Covid safe. All guidelines were in place and being followed. We had looked online before arriving at the store so we had an idea what we were looking for. The store didnt carry the product we wanted as it was only available online but Stephen, the colleague at the store, was able to point us in the direction of equivalent product. We were asked if we would like to use the specialist equipment to assist us with our choice of mattress firmness which we found very helpful. The whole experience from start to finish was brilliant and the cost and quality of the mattress was was excellent.

Found what we wanted. Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Staff friendly. Good social distancing, have used you before and would again.

We were advised to use the 'scientific' unit to assess the type of mattress we needed which was successful and with the excellent attention of your salesman (Steve), we were able to select the most suitable mattresses and pillows with the minimum of fuss. Completing the sale was straightforward and the delivery lead time excellent considering the current difficult trading conditions.

Jacob at the Torquay branch was so helpful in ensuring that we found the perfect product for us. We are returning customers (always purchasing beds as our house gets bigger) purely down to Jacobs knowledge, attention and quality customer service. We have visited in the past few weeks, and must say that other staff members are not so eager to help, and even when the store has been quiet, they have just sat behind the desk waiting to be approached. Jacob comes to great customers, talk them through products and walks them round the store. Jacob is a credit to your team.

Perfect assistant, understood our situation and worked with it, used the 'test' bed which helped. then unobtrusive but informative advice while we chose the beds.
