The assistant was very well informed, considerate and friendly. The store was spotless and all COVID regulations were scrupulously adhered to. We ordered two beds and feel very comfortable with our choices.

The knowledge and understanding of what I wanted was just brilliant. The staff in store took time to listen to what I was looking for. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want. The range of products available was great too plus the addition to take the old products away at a small fee and know that it will be recycled and used elsewhere and not just dumped in to landfill. Only disappointment is the bed I wanted wasn’t available and not sure when it will be available. However the staff were very honest and said they didn’t want to take the order until they knew it would be back in stock. Appreciated the honesty. Some would have still taken the order.

We were a bit anxious as we have not purchased a bed in a long time, but I can say we were pleasantly surprised. We walked in and was greeted by a friendly assistant who was very helpful. We tried the assessment bed where it measures your posture etc. I thought this was really good. It gives a read out and matches you to a bed that's good for you. Stephen our assistant was really helpful and friendly, he showed us a range of different beds that was suited to us so we could work out which we we liked.

We were welcomed at the door and were guided throughout our visit to the store. Elizebeth was very knowledgeable about the products and gave us unbiased advice on what would suit our needs.

Jacob, the assistant who helped us, was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was patient and we felt that nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Jacob.....you made sure we found our perfect bed!

The chap who felt with me gave me plenty or information on the mattress that I picked. He advised me well on what one will be best for me given my hip condition. He allowed time for me to discuss weather I wanted to go through with the order.
