Steve at the Torquay store immediately made us feel welcome. He is very knowledgeable and quickly helped us to understand what we were looking for. Steve offered us drinks throughout our multiple visits and even introduced us to the Dreams bed machine. It's amazing! The quality of the products are fantatsic and we will definitely return in the future. Our overall experience was made so much better by Steve. Thank you, Steve!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the assistant was very friendly and showed us the computerised bed system to advise what was best for us and gave us the list . We tried each mattress and found the one that suited us best. Very quick procedure from start to finish

The young lady was extremely kind, gentle, solicitous and patient with my 83 years old Mum choosing a bed and mattress to suit her and arranging a delivery time to match her timescales

One of the best visits to any store in the last ten years. More than helpful staff with one young lady who had only just started with the company. All other staff were very helpful in making sure she had all the training advice that she needed but making sure that she made the sale not them.
