Jenny from Torquay Branch (who assisted us with the purchase) was very helpful and friendly, top class service. My daughter was very pleased with the whole experience from the machine to the choice of mattress. Jenny checked for availability which was also good. Covid rules were respected and also we were offered a towel paper to place on the pillow. When placing the order we have been offered drinks. We were shown a selection of products at varying prices and construction, service was so good we were given a drink and a free mattress protector. Being able to try mattresses is so important, we have bought online before with a great deal of disappointment.

Jenny was welcoming, friendly yet professional and although she had only been working at Newton Abbot branch for 2 weeks was highly knowledgeable and on the rare occasion she didn’t have an answer to one of our numerous questions she retrieved the information from one of her helpful colleagues. We were extremely pleased with the service, showroom and will recommend your company when the opportunity arises. Thanks to Jenny and the whole team for helping us choose our dream bed!

Store colleague, Jenny, welcomed us to the store and, after listening to our preferences, was able to direct us to our ideal mattress. The sale and delivery arrangements were completed promptly and other colleagues were able to offer additional advice (& discount) on further purchases of pillows and mattress protector.

The sales assistant Elizebeth was friendly and efficient. Her product knowledge was very good. Her understanding of our needs meant that we were able to find the mattress we needed.

I was approached straight away, given information and then left to decide and then someone was still around to answer any questions. The delivery time was a big factor as it only took a week and it was free delivery.

I was treated with courtesy and was not put under any pressure to buy. Given all information I required and left to make up my mind. A good experience.

Great experience only called in thinking we need a new mattress but Elizabeth took us through the mattress minefield and just had to go back the following day and buy a tempur mattress. Very very professional and glad to meet a sales assistant that isn’t pushy and makes you feel totally at ease. 5 stars Elizabeth you were great 😊
