Elizabeth was extremely intuitive to our needs. Very professional and had a quick answer for anything we asked.

THE MEMBER OF STAFF WAS EXCELLENT SHE HELPED ME DECIDE WHAT MATTRESS I NEEDED,VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.

We were greeted by a lovely lady named Jenny and she was very smiley and helpful right from the beginning. She helped us understand all the different types of mattresses there were on offer. We took her up on her offer of the sleep match machine. She then took us around showing us our best options which she then left us to continue round the store browsing and didnt hover which was wonderful. We were rather warm in store so we was given a bottle of water each. We wanted to see upstairs however the lift was out of order and we had our 1 year old with us. She offered to stay with our pram so we could go up which was lovely. Very helpful in sorting delivery and insurance cover for us and have our little boy a book to read. Overall she was a lovely person and a credit to the store. We were extremely happy with the customer service we received.

Friendliness and knowledge of customer assistant. This gentleman was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Availability of a range of products to test before buying. Good timeframe for goods to be delivered.

As soon as we walked into the store we were welcomed by an assistant. Everyone we spoke to was incredibly helpful. We were waiting to speak to a particular assistant who had been very helpful on our previous visit. Whilst she was busy with another customer, another colleague looked after us, offered us a bottle of water each (very grateful as it was a hot day), answered our questions and invited us to use the Sleepmatch bed whilst we were waiting. Customer service in the Torquay store was 100%. We felt we were looked after and when we came to order this was carried out efficiently.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. We were offered and given a bottle of water too as it was very warm.

Stephen talked to us, listened to our needs and was very understanding. We were led around and shown alternatives and not pressured into a mattress that was not suitable.
