No waiting about,the sales girl was really helpful, she showed us which type of beds we should look at,everything was very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend my friends and family to shop there.

We went in not knowing how to go about deciding which mattress we needed. We were offered help by a staff member, who turned out to be knowledgeable about the products available. We were offered the opportunity of using the machine to decide which mattresses were suited to us, which narrowed the field considerably.

I was given a wide choice of mattresses to choose from I choose what I thought was the best quality and comfort

Excellent service from the minute we arrived to end. The sales girl was friendly and gave us plenty of time to try mattresses

Good customer service, attentive sales person but he also gave us time to talk together and make a decision.Good covid measures in place and adhered too.

The service we received was fantastic and the sales consultant was not at all pushy. We felt comfortable trying multiple beds and had no pressure on us to make a decision.

Stephen handled our purchase and he was very knowlegeable of all the products you had for sale and understood our specific needs as one of us likes a medium bed whilst the other that has back and hip problems favours a firm bed.

The dreams Bed Match system was great and Jenny the sales lady was very knowledgeable about the products even though she had not worked there that long.

we found the assistant Jenny friendly and highly competent in selling us what we needed in Dreams.

We were dealt with a girl called Jenny even thou she was new to the job she couldn’t of been been helpful and knew her stuff ! It was Jenny that gave us confidence in buying the mattress. 10/10 for that girl .
