Dreams - Torquay

Elizabeth who served us was very efficient friendly and knowledgeable. We were welcomed on arrival, offered drinks, given information about mattresses and pillows and used the sleep match machine.

The girl that served me was so professional so caring and considerate and was so helpful in all the detail and explained everything so clear.

Stephen (Torquay) was very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave us the information we needed but also the space and time to make the right decision and try out all the options available to us.

Very efficient service, friendly staff and good product knowledge

I was highly satisfied because we went in there not really knowing what to get and the staff there was absolutely amazing and there was one women which has only started 5 weeks ago and her knowledge was absolutely incredible, I would most definitely come back to dreams again if the staff treated me the way they did when I came into store last time

We were welcomed in by Jacob as soon as we arrived. He was extremely experienced and took us through a comprehensive process to decide which mattress suited us best. Gave us all the information and left us to decide which mattress we preferred. A thoroughly pleasant, unrushed experience. Can't recommend highly enough! He then exceeded our expectations by giving us a 1 week delivery slot. Perfect!

From start to finish Steve at the Torquay Dreams store made the whole experience a doddle, no stress at all,and on Friday the 13 of august I will have my dreams mattress. Thank you Steve Thank you Dreams
