Jenny our sales advisor was really helpful, making sure we were ok and answering any questions whilst also not being too pushy. She let me use the sleep match machine which was really beneficial and had very good product knowledge Couldn’t recommend enough

We were met immediately we entered the store and our needs were understood and met. We were given full information on the mattresses available. We were given plenty of time to decide what was best for us. We had the whole process explained fully to us. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful

The salesperson Knew exactly what sort of bed we required after we had laid on the computerised bed that took your weight.

As soon as I entered I was greeted by Jacob in the torquay branch. We had a quick look around before he came over and asked what I was looking for. I wasn’t sure so he showed me to the machine that found the perfect mattresses for me. He was patient and took me through the whole process and then went around to the mattresses with me. He was friendly and helpful making it less awkward and a fun experience. When I found the right one after spending a bit of time testing out the ones on the list of results he made the purchasing part easy. He took me through everything and offered drinks. I really enjoyed the experience. Jacob made it a great experience.

Just good service all round

Firstly we were left alone to view the items in store, given time and privacy to discuss our needs. When we had made our choice then we asked the assistant Jenny to answer a few questions. She was brilliant. Ordering was so simple with her.
