Having entered the store, we browsed for a few moments and then Jenny approached us. She was a top rate Sales Consultant who knew anything there was to know about the items we wanted. She was incredibly patient (I'm a nightmare customer for questions) and gave us so many options for mix and match. It seemed that she could make anything happen. Super experience.

we went to dreams in Torquay to purchase a new bed for our new home. we had a browse at our own leisure for a while then one of your bed specialists called Stephen asked us if we needed any help. He was extremely helpful and took us through a number of mattresses to help us choose the right one as we had already chose the frame. we cant fault him in anyway and would recommend the Torquay branch to anyone looking to buy a new bed. Thank you Stephen. You are a credit to the company.

Very friendly knowledgeable and helpful employee at the Torquay branch - Dudley I think. Knew the answers to our need to know questions and really helped us understand the difference between types of beds.

Steven was very helpful, he gave us lots of advice and didn't try a hard sell.

Polite informed help, nothing to much trouble. Was just intending to look, ending up buying. Would definitely recommend.
