Elizabeth in your Torquay branch was helpful, friendly, patient, polite very easy to talk to and took the time for me to choose exactly what I wanted and needed. It was a lovely touch being offered a bottle of water. I would definitely recommend dreams to friends and family. Thank you. I haven't received my bed yet, but I am sure everything will be fine. Visit to Torquay branch Sadly I didn't make a note of the guy's name but he was exceptional in his knowledge, helpfulness and the way he related to us as perhaps slightly eccentric customers...cant praise him highly enough :)

The sales assistant was very helpful and not pushy. He showed us our options after trying the bed that determined your requirements. He was very polite and helped immensely.

Dudley, Sales Advisor, was so helpful. He politely approached and asked if he could help and answered all of our questions promptly, professionally and with great character. He identified the most appropriate mattress for us using the Dreams mattress matching software and explained what everything meant. He allowed us to trial different types of mattresses and identified any sale prices for us! I have already recommended the store to friends and family!

we were welcomed by Jacob who asked us what we were looking for. We were offered and accepted to use the machine to determine which bed would suit us. Jacob spent plenty of time showing us the beds and explaining the products that made up the mattress. We never felt rushed and he answered all our questions.

We went in to look at prices of mattresses to get an idea on how much a new one would be. On entering we were greeted by Stephen who was friendly and asked if we needed help. He set us up on the computer bed to see what product would be best for us to point us out to the relevant products. He took us around to try a variety of medium/firm mattresses and was giving us exact prices for each product and information about each product. Stephen was very knowledgable and friendly. We didn’t expect to order a mattress but with the guidance and the offers in place for bank holiday we walked away with a new mattress.

My family and I were greeted, by Jacob, as we entered and asked if we would like any help or just to browse. We were listened to and guided around the store. Jacob was extremely helpful and advised us throughout our visit. At no point did we feel pressured. He found us the best deal and made sure we were happy, we actually left with two mattresses when we had the boy come for one! As the prices were so reasonable. An all round enjoyable shopping experience thanks to Jacob.
