The assistant offered her help giving relevant information then left us to choose then returned to take the order. What more could you ask for?

As soon as we walked in the store, Dudley greeted us with a lovely warm welcome and asked if we needed any help. As we were looking for a mattress, we had no idea what kind to buy. Dudley explained the process and we went from there. He let us try many mattresses before we made the choice we did. And as an extra bonus we were given two free pillows to match the mattress we had bought. We didn't feel pressurised into buying anything and Dudley is very professional and experienced in what he is selling. Thank you for all you help, Dudley

Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us lots of options to try to make sure we got the right mattress

We were greeted with a warm smiley welcome from Elizabeth, she gave us professional and knowledgeable advice and made us feel at ease straight away with our questions, we were offered refreshments and given pillows for trying our selected mattresses which is a lovely touch and felt very safe in store with all covid guidelines adhered to.

When walking in to the store felt at ease to look around.when we were ready Steve was available and he helped us make up our mind, he had a lovely manner and good knowledge and advise and didn’t put any pressure on us at all, we came away feeling satisfied and looking forward to our new bed arriving.

Very polite and accommodating staff, ease of finding exactly what we were looking for. Lovely atmosphere in store.
