My experience with them was amazing as I couldn’t get to a store the help I had over the phone was brilliant everything I wanted met my expectations, I can’t thank the lady on the phone enough for all of her help.

Store staff was available and willing to answer queries, advising how to choose, selecting a pillow to try. Efficient at placing our order and giving delivery date and advice about delivery.

Elizabeth was very friendly and professional. She was knowledgable of the products and listened to our needs and wants and understood us to make sure we came away with the bed we wanted

The sales assistant Jenny was pleasant friendly and patient. She explained all my buying options in detail and was knowledgeable on all the mattresses of their different features and qualities so that I could make an informed decision. I only went in to browse what was on offer and ended up buying so she must've been very good without being pushy or aggressive to achieve a sale.

The assistant was excellent, both helpful and knowledgable about product, dealt with the paper work swiftly, and very pleasant.
