Was not offered the collection option for my old mattress. When I was called later to arrange delivery, I asked about it, only to be told they couldn't help me from the store, as they were 'on a different system'. Fobbed me off with the customer services number, and I've just spent nearly 10 minutes on hold and still not spoken to anyone
