The gentleman who dealt with us was friendly, polite and listened to our needs. He guided us to the right mattresses for our needs. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the mattresses on offer and helped us to make the right choice. We were able to try as many as we liked u til we found one we felt was right.

My wife and I went to the store around a quarter to five on saturday evening, as we had decided to upgrade our double bed into a king size bed. Obviously we saw loads of beds downstairs and couldn't find anything suitable, so went upstairs, and to cut a long story short, found exactly what we wanted, spoke to a gentleman for assistance, he took us downstairs to his desk, to go through the paperwork. whilst there he offered us both a small bottle of still water which was greatly appreciated and duly completed the delivery times, payment etc to our satisfaction. All in all, a very good experience was had by us all.
