advert states free delivery but was told you must pay over £100 before free delivery ,also we wanted the goods then but have to wait 2 weeks and we also had to pay for pillows in order to get free delivery ,so it was not. also we thought that the girl who served us was not at all interested and was a bit brittle in her manor.

The beds were delivered and one of them had half the casters missing, the underbed drawers also had black marks on them. Dreams cannot deliver any more casters for over 10 days so I am sleeping on a sloping bed. This is completely unacceptable and has unfortunately tainted my view of the company as I received fantastic in store service.

The mattress that I bought for £89.00 is not particularly comfortable. When I arrived and said what I was looking for none of the staff were particularly interested, then when I did buy the items it seemed that they were just interested in increasing the sale. The experience was not particularly comfortable. Also although there was a 50% sale on it wasn't obvious what you were gaining - I did get a display bed that was presumably not in the sale but I notice that the Ashton mattress was not on sale at all but was the only one available - it is not particularly comfortable either. I just feel I will probably have to get a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. Also because Ex display bed a lot of the screws etc are missing - this wasn't really made clear. Overall I feel disappointed, I spent £400 ensuring the kids beds would be comfortable over Christmas and I feel as if I only 65% achieved this. I also had to constantly ask if things were in the sale and what prices I was getting them for - the invoice then doesn't really reflect what I was told.

Elizebeth stated that the bed would be delivered on Friday 13th November however I was later emailed and text a delivery date for the 11th December! I would never have chosen this date so close to Christmas. I also dismantled my current bed and gave away the headboard! Very unhappy, telephoned store who said to call customer services who then said there was nothing they could do! Should of gone with M & S 7 day delivery as same price!

I wanted to buy a headboard and the price shown in the store was incorrect as I was unable to purchase it for the price shown. I intend to notify trading standards/ Which to let them discuss. If a 'delivery' charge is compulsory it should be shown on the ticket price.

We have had two delivery dates, both been cancelled for different reasons, first time it was apparently damaged, the second time was stock issues now given a third date.

I came in to dreams bed shop after some bedding for my bed I was greeted by a lovely young man (Jacob) who was every professional and was really helpful helping me pick the best bedding for myself and husband but the women who was working there didn’t manage to get her name didn’t even take the time to recognise we was there she sat at the desk on her phone and was very rude it’s staff like that give the company a very bad name if I was her boss I won’t get rid of her straight away also A customer walked in when I was dealing with payment and Jacob had to greet that customer as well because this women didn’t stop looking at her phone to even realise That someone walked in the store

Because we were not informed of a charge for cancellation. I contacted the store to cancel, and the woman refused to accept staff member did not tell us, in effect calling me a liar. I said I would post on social media, no attempt to stop me, so I did. This then resulted in your Customer Services contacting me and they refunded the order. I did not lie. The assistant did not tell us about a charge. On signing T&C, she said, 'It's all pretty much as I have just explained to you', so we signed it. I suggest you need to sort out staff training and customer services in your Torquay store!
