l am moving out of the area so am most like to visit another branch. No one is perfect and there is always room for improvement

Salesman spent most of the time trying to pitch the most expensive products available. The computer system removed simply asking us questions about what we want and what our budget was

The sales person seemed to lack knowledge and didn't seem bothered whether she got the sales or not.

HI i have marked satisfied on most would mark higher but was very disappointed when before purchase of bed frame saw it was marked £249. Said to assistant i would like to purchase and was told there would be a delivery charge. when he saw that i said "OH SO ITS NEARLY £300 THEN" and was about to walk away, he said quickly "well we could waive that for you". I was delighted thinking at last, someone who can see common sense and make a sale!! however when i got home, i went on line to look at my frame again and saw that delivery IS FREE when a purchase is over a certain price!!! I was angry. Your assistants in TQ postcode branch should know what they are talking about and not deceive!! Apart from that, the purchase went smoothly. Sandy

They did not tell me about delivery weekends fees and I'm not happy with the schedule to do the deliverys

The bed frame we ordered was not available and the staff member, although helpful, was not able to say when it would be in stock or when the item would be delivered.
