Salesman was very friendly helpful There wasn't any sales persuasion which I appreciated I was allowed to test several beds & there was advice rather than pushy insistence paperwork was quick & delivery was a week I had a phone call to inform me of delivery Excellent service

Very expensive product, hoping its going to be worth the money when delivered & we start using it! apart for having to spend £840 on just a mattress the general store experience was good & Elizabeth in the Torquay store was very helpful.

Prices much higher than we expected. Not convinced about quality of bed frame slats (as some broken in shopfloor examples). Gives me a concern about the quality of what I am buying as a high value item.

I don't need to be highly satisfied - satisfied is good enough for me when I visit a shop

Whilst I really liked the mattress and pillows I purchased I was very surprised in my opinion at the high cost of them

I was satisfied with the service and store and products available however I am awaiting my delivery and cannot give you highly satisfied until this delivery arrives on time and undamaged. The reason I went to you store was due to a problem with another stores delivery which ended up having to be cancelled and hence I was highly disappointed, so I will wait to give you the highest score - just in case!

The reason that I was not satisfied was the fact that the item is not kept in stock and you charge £10:99 for delivery to my home. I would have preferred to have had the option of click and collect as most stores do and save the money, I think that it is very bad that you made me pay this as it is only a headboard, mybe you should just put up you prices to include delivery.

When shopping for a bed I am not emotional it was like a distressed sale as i needed a bed.

I had difficulty with my previous purchase of bedroom furniture from Dreams relating to delivery and untill the goods now ordered are delivered without a problem I am unable to rate as Highly Satisfactory. I also dislike greatly the imposition of a substantial delivery charge without the option to collect the goods from your outlet.
