I was not told about the delivery cost of £39.00 I thought the added cost of £39.00 for the collection of old the mattress and disposal of an extra £39.00 was extortionate In order to meet the criteria of making use of your return system if I was not pleased with my purchase involved another £39.00 for a cover I was advised I needed for this purpose - in all making an additional cost to my purchase of a new mattress of £117.00. The delivery men had to come to my address anyway to deliver the new mattress and they were in my property for a total of five minutes maximum as I live in a bungalow with easy access.

Mainly because of the delay in actually getting my bed, after all I paid in cash yesterday but I have nothing to show for spending over £600.00. I really don't think it is very good to have to pay for something over 4 weeks in advance. Also there was a couple next to us buying a bed and they were offered a cup of coffee whereas I was not.

We had two trips to the store. Both colleagues that we dealt with were highly professional and knowledgeable. It was because of straight forwardness of the sales colleague that we returned to the store the following day to make the purchase. It was also good to clarify with the second sales colleague that we were making the correct purchase for our needs as we were purchasing a high end product. Whilst being extremely satisfied with the service we received there was a little information missing from both colleague's product knowledge, not due to themselves but due to the lack of information provided to them by the company.
