To achieve the top rating The services would have to be exceptional and whilst the service was extremely good it is what I would expect.

It was alright, but non of your stock seems t be readily available, how many people seriously go out thinking "oh yes I'll need a bed in 6-8 weeks, better get that sorted. Your products aren't exactly cheap and neither is your delivery service so the wait to receive my item is a bit of a joke. I wouldn't go into curry's and be told I may have to wait 2 months to receive my fridge/freezer.

I didn't give a highly satisfied experience because there is always room for improvement. The assistant Stephen who helped me was very knowledgable not 'pushy' made suggestions, listened to my comments and was extremely helpful.
