I was satisfied .. only could have improved by a member of staff approaching us to offer help instead of waiting until we walked past them sat at a desk. Also could have asked a few further questions to find out what product would be good for me instead of just pointing me in all the direction of all he different types of mattress ... however the staff member got me what I wanted after me telling her what I wanted and was also very friendly.

We had to find a member of staff which took a few mins , not enough members of staff on a saturday

The prices are a bit steep compared to online only suppliers but I would never buy a bed without trying it so you have the advantage.

I was satisfied and really happy with buying this product just wish it was In stock so it could be delivered sooner
