The delivery time was longer than I anticipated. I saw that the price of the display beds says "as displayed" but then says in small print that it does not include headboard. I felt this slightly misleading.

It was very busy at the time we shopped, 3 staff on duty included 1 new staff member. We were helped by a gentleman who explained Particularly on how the store was laid out helping us to understand where to look more. We were interested in beds which had motorised raise and recline and the gentle man serving us was very helpful. Add on sales described well and purchased let’s hope they are not required. we were told delivery would be 4 weeks when placing in store but since placing order emails have said 6 weeks which is misleading.

Experience was good. Cannot give feedback of products as will not be delivered until later this month, and we chose this date so are happy with this.

I was highly satisfied because it was easy to find the item I wanted on the shop floor, but there should be someone upstairs as everyone was downstairs caused me to go upstairs 3 times to verify what I wanted because there was nobody there. Otherwise good experience. Upselling was a good technique to get me to buy a more expensive mattress.

Found the pricing confusing at first. The products on display are top of the range so one expected the low price shown to be for that item. It is then pointed out £50 extra for draws in a single bed which added 30% in my case.
