Service from store good , and I knew which mattress I required so the process was not difficult. However mattress was delivered as informed today . But mattress extremely damp obviously has not been stored correctly . I have had the mattress put on the required bed and put extra heaters on in that room to dry it out . It will not be able to be used today , and as my free time is very limited to chase and sort you out is not really an option . To provide good service and keep delivery schedules needs to be backed up by the product . I have a very expensive mattress coming from another supplier today it will be interesting to compare product condition .

Giles the sales person made us feel very welcome and at no point did we feel pressurised. However when it came to completing the sale he needed to liaise with another staff member. Although this was very well carried out and was a learning curve for Giles due to him being relatively new, I feel that a training programme away from the serving public would make him appear more professional and confident.

There was only one assistant available as the others must have been on lunch. Once he was free he was very helpful and listened to my needs. It would have been nice if the upstairs area was clearly labelled as I was looking for a wooden frame.

although staff were very vocal and k owl edge able a out products but felt them slightly over powering and following us around a. it more than we would of liked. also delivery was longer than expected but was passable x

Elizebeth who served me was EXCELLENT. Lots of product knowledge, friendly, professional etc. However, you nearly lost the sale (nearly £1000) - When I first went into the shop, Eliizebeth was with another customer. The other assistant was on the phone waiting, but no acknowledgment was made for 10 minutes - so I walked over to Bensons Beds and nearly purchased a bed there instead. I came back as I had seen one at Dreams in the sale. Just bear that in mind. I also think the shop could be made a bit more exciting - eg) Dress the beds by the entrance. Bensons is more enticing. I hope that helps, I have my own business so I am just giving honest feedback. But I want to reiterate that Elizebeth (spelt correctly I believe) was very very good, and I felt utmost confidence in her.

My low score for wanting to return to the store is only because we were on holiday and live over 200 miles away so the likelihood of returning is very low! The only thing i didn't like was the time it took to sign up for the 10 month interest free credit, if I had known I would have have paid for it in full.

No one can ever give 100% satisfaction. I'm not sure that's possible. Could have done with a bit more explanation of the different types of springing. Will only really know how good my purchase is when I've got it home and used it for a while.
