High price even with discount, availability and delivery time is long.

Would be good to have a range of mattress sizes to test, all in store were king size. Would have been better to have the sleep testing machine that scans your body out of the front window so people did not walk straight in and see you laying there. Other than that very good.

assistant put wrong initials of my name on to paperwork

I changed size of bed so delivery had to be cancelled they didn’t just exchange the bed and no one told me that would happen so it is takeing much longer than my first order. I would have gone with the original size had I known

I was very satisfied with the overall visit to the store and we checked out the competition opposite which obviously was not as good as we ended up purchasing at dreams. The only reason I was not “highly satisfied” was the price, we told the chap in store that we wanted something good but on the cheaper end to which he showed us mattresses at around a thousand pounds, buying a mattress is all new to me so I thought this was rather expensive but obviously this was due to my inexperience of buying mattresses

The sales assistant was very attentive to our requirements.

Too long for the order to be delivered

Although the computer test on arrival to find a suitable mattress is supposed to help we weren't totally Convinced. I think that maybe people just look at what they can afford?

Everything can always be improved!

We felt during our visit the sales assistant was talking as if we knew about the beds already so come the end we did feel like we were stupid. A bed isn’t an very day purchase but at the same time the sales assistant seemed like it was. Really think the sales assistant could do with a brush up on her people skills and take her time with customers maybe to go through other options we could of had also clearer explanations on what we could and couldn’t have
