I think the store is well-maintained and laid out. The sales assistant was both friendly and knowledgeable dispensing advice to the right level whilst not being overbearing. He also introduced the machine with which we were able to get a guide of the right type of mattress ideal for us. He also directed us to the most appropriate deals in the store for us. He also had a nice chat with my daughter and me in a most affable manner.

Very friendly professional service. No pressure to buy, and even offered a free bottle of water. Looking forward to receiving my mattress
