I was very satisfied. The store assistant was very thorough, friendly and professional. Maybe what stopped me being highly satisfied was the deal wasn’t as good as it could of been seeing as I spent £3000 on a bed. Highest is paid before was £1200

Overall, was very satisfied with my visit to dreams and looking forward to my new mattress arriving. The sales advisor was very helpful, however followed us round the store a bit much and it would have been nice to discuss with my partner, in private, what we thought of each of the mattresses we were trying and the value for money / costs.
