Natalie was the very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff who answered all my qeustions and queries. WE then sat at her desk and worked through the order, delivery, deposit and payment and my matress was delivered a few days later. I am delighted with my purchase and have slept so well since received it!

The showroom was not as inviting as it may have been; the decor was shabby. There weren't enough purchasing stations so we had to wait, although the staff member was very apologetic.

Very confusing information about what was included in my pillow top mattress sales representative tells me there is latex in it but there is literally nothing to prove that if the pillow top goes flat in a years time I will have nothing to back up the fact I was told that it has latex in it to therefore will not go flat

Generally good service, however the card machine would not accept the Apple Pay so we needed to return to the store with the physical credit card.

Having had problems with a bed purchase in the past l am a little wary of making a similar purchase

The only issue was that the mattress we wanted is taking almost 2 months to be delivered as it us a popular mattress. Current mattress has a spring coming through it and I’m very pregnant, so I was hoping to get it sooner. There weren’t really any alternatives that we would have preferred instead.

Being a Bank Holiday and being a sale the store was busy and would have benefited from having more staff on duty. We had looked on line but couldn't find in store the bed we were looking for. However, once Elizabeth was free and approached us she took us straight to what we were looking for, showed us and advised on mattresses, advised us that she had one customer in front of us to deal with once a computer was free and called us over quickly when it was our turn. She placed the order for us efficiently and I accept that delivery time is not within the store's control. I do have to say that we were on the point of leaving the store when Elizabeth approached us and helped us with our order very efficiently. She is a credit to your store in Paignton.

I was in the store and had previously been in currys next door for a while, I traveled quite a distance by car and whilst looking at the beds for rather a long time and finally made a decision on what I wanted, I asked the assistant if there were any toilets in store and the answer was no. I knew the ordering process would take some time so had to leave the store and find a toilet near by to use and then return to store to purchase what I intended to buy.

The service at the store was fine. When the mattress was delivered it had a stain. It obviously wasn't checked before despatch. Customer service suggested we should wash the mattress.... .totally unacceptable. When a mattress costs over£1000 it should arrive in perfect condition. Will have to wait over a week for replacement
