Dreams - Torquay

Steve, the salesman was a diamond. Not pushy and answered all our questions. He was an absolute gentleman. I had been to Bensons just before and the service in Bensons was nowhere near as good. I am glad I decided to go to Dreams.

We were welcomed in to the store and offered help (but felt no sales pressure that can out you off.) Staff were helpful and friendly. Steve who dealt with our enquiry and sale was great

Natalie was brilliant, pointed us in the right direction for what we were looking for and was very helpful when it came to deciding final products

Bed frames were a good selection, store was tidy and beds were well positioned and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

The shop assistant (Natalie) who helped us was very pleasant and spent time looking after us and our needs. Answered any questions we had.

The customer service was fantastic making our choice extremely easy with the knowledge of the product we chosing.

Steve our assistance was extremely knowledgable on each mattress we tried, and extremely accommodating when we needed time alone to discuss the purchase, . He was also helpfully in finding other facilities we needed in the local area. He was friendly, funny and super helpful. He offered us a cuppa while we waited which just added to the customer service. Had a great experience and would definitely return 😜😄😀😃

In the Torquay branch there was an Austrailian lady who was very helpful from start to finish. She made the experience so easy

It was my first time to purchase a bed and I was unsure about what I wanted. The sales assistant was very helpful with this, she showed me a wide range of different beds. She explained the difference between the beds and I was very happy with the bed we eventually purchased.
