Dreams - Torquay

The staff were friendly and available to answer my questions, but I didn't feel pressurized into buying. It was very useful to be allowed to lie on the mattresses in order to test the firmness. I was offered a nice cup of coffee to drink whilst arranging the purchase, which was much appreciated! The member of staff who assisted me (Elizebeth) was very helpful and efficient, so the whole transaction went very smoothly. Many thanks!

Excellent customer service was an enjoyable experience for both myself and my husband very easy and comfortable process and didn't take very long at all. Very Pleased and can't wait to receive our new Dreams bed :-)

Friendly helpful lady

Having driven from Ivybridge and got stuck in traffic we needed to use a toilet when we arrived, only to be told they didn't have a toilet we could use and the nearest one was at McDonalds the reason why we couldn't use it was due to Health & Safety, not very expressed with that.

The lady assistant was very polite and took us through all aspects, ended up with what we wanted.
