Knowledge of sales person on products available and need of customer with specific medical problem. Understanding and sympathetic and put no pressure on customer to make decision. fully explained benefits of bed being considered to meet need and walked away allowing time to consider decision before returning asking if any further questions before making final decision. No high pressure sales pitch. The cup of tea whilst considering decision was a nice touch.

Assistant was attentive but not over pushy. We had a good laugh, told him we wanted to check out an alternative store. He laughed and get we'd be back within the hour. We were! He also made us coffee! Knew his products, guided us but without pressure.

Fantastic experience shopping at dreams, staff couldn't have been more accommodating especially Steve who helped me with my order and his colleague who made myself and my sister a cup of tea! Steve even went out of his way to fetch my little girl a cup of water. I'm so impressed as we had two children with us so could have been a stressful shopping trip but was made so much easier by friendly staff at dreams Torquay. My sister was so impressed she went back the next day with her husband and ordered a mattress too! This is how you do business! Thank you

Steve was so helpful and had so much knowledge about the products. He helped me choose the perfect combination of bed and mattress. The same or very similar bed frame was for sale in Bensons but it was almost double the price. I left feeling confident in my purchase.

I was given a range of options that were explained to me in detail. I was pleased with the helpful, pleasant and friendly manner my purchase was dealt with.

the assistant manageress was highly competent( Natalie) and did her utmost to secure a good price and speedy delivery, she remembered us and the product we were interested in from a previous visit.
