Elizabeth was fab and listen to what I wanted and understood my needs. All the staff were friendly and we came away feeling excited that we are having a nice new bed. Thanks Elizabeth.

The assistant was able to show me how the sofa bed went into a bed and back again, helped me to measure the item I purchased, as well as two other items I was choosing between. She was extremely helpful, patient and friendly. She had also checked a couple of queries I had asked her the previous weekend when I originally looked at the item.

The salesman Steve was very good, he had a very sound knowledge of the products & explained everything very clearly. We didn't feel rushed in any way, unlike other shops we've visited.

The member of staff had great knowledge of the different types of bed and gave us guidance without being overly pushy.

I explained my needs to the female staff member who proved very knowledgeable and pointed me in the direction of mattresses that might be suitable. I was left unhassled to try them. There is nothing more disconcerting than being a lone female receiving pressurised sales techniques when trying out beds. It has caused me to leave the Torquay store before.This did not happen and I found the whole experience comfortable and reassuring.

The service was prompt ,friendly and very efficient .nothing was to much trouble,and there was no pressure selling.

Needed an adjustable bed due to a medical condition. The member of staff was very understanding and took me through the options available in detail and because of this I was able to come to a quick decision and the purchase was very smooth and simple. I would not hesitate in returning for future purchases.

Very helpful staff that helped is choose the right profuct for us and managed to leave the same day with it
