Assistant was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and actually seemed to care

Stephen was very helpful giving us information about the bed we wanted to purchase and then advice on matresses, he then allowed us time to test out the range without feeling obliged to buy. We were more than happy with service and purchase from him, would recommend him and the store to our friends.

We ordered a mattress over 12 months ago and was and still am very pleased with it, we are returning to buy my toddler a new single bed looked around and with the bank holiday discount got a brilliant bed and mattress. Same lady that helped us with our mattress helped us with this purchase she was lovely and knowledgeable about products. Brilliant thank you

Ease of purchase, no hassle from staff, very friendly

Had been in a couple days earlier and spoke to Elizabeth she helped us measure beds and which mattresses were suitable for us she was extremely helpful and knowledgable about what we needed. We returned a couple days later to make the purchase after checking the measurements that Elizabeth gave us and Steve sold us the bed and the bedding to fit the new bed. Both staff were very friendly and helpful in everything we needed and explained all the processes involved.
