Dreams - Torquay

The assistant Natalie answered all our questions, went out of her way to ensure we had all the information about the beds we looked at. At no time were we rush to make a decision. Natalie gave us perfect customer service, and made us feel very important. Because of the excellent service we did not bother to go and compare or look anywhere else for a new bed. we just brought the one that was right.

Great service, products and price

We thought the customer service by Natalie was absolutey excellent. She advised us expertly to pick the correct bed/matress for our needs and made our visit to dreams very pleasant. We also thought the atmosphere in the store was very relaxing and friendly which we both enjoyed during our shop.

Met at the door by a charming sales assistant who was able to explain the advantages and disadvantages of the beds we were interested in. Her friendly advice meant that we chose our bed in a very short time with the delivery date fixed to our convenience.

Steve was extremely helpful and courteous and this, together with his knowledge of the product decided me to purchase the bed from Dreams, (A lovely mug of coffee helped!)
