Dreams - Torquay

Everything is laid out well with easy access to products. All prices clearly displayed. Knowledgeable helpful staff not in your face. Gave me time on my own to make choice. Natalie was very pleasant and showed me how the sofa bed operated and gave me plenty of time to test product.

We were on holiday and due to weather, decided to look around Torquay dreams when passing. The staff were welcoming and approachable. Answered questions thoroughly and appeared well informed about the products.

The young girl who served me was so helpful. Although I was armed with questions about the furniture she was so patient and understanding. I also neede a bed ASAP and her colleague ( the manager I think) searched his PC to offer me a couple of deals. Arranged delivery too. It was the end if the day and they were both so helpful. I felt very comfortable dealing with them both and would not hesitate to return to the store.

When we visited the young girl greeted my wife, daughter and I in the kind of way that makes you think, no matter what, I want to buy from this person. She was great at her job.

I spoke with a very pleasant knowledgeable lady who has an excellent approach.

The sales assistant was first class, very knowledgable and very friendly, even made us a cup of tea while we were looking.

Stephen was v helpful and knowledgable, also pleasant to deal with. Bit of a delay in delivery which took the dairy off the purchase. Overall it was a pleasant experiance

The salesman, Stephen, was very helpful and had lots of knowledge on the products. No rush and no hard sell, which we liked. Made us a drink too. Overall very good.

As soon as we entered the store we felt comfortable and were able to wonder have a look around we were asked if we were ok and offered assistance i prefer to be able to look around myself first to see what i like, cause i feel pressured in some shops however i didnt feel like this in dreams i way relaxed and enjoyed the shopping experience. The sales assistant knew everything we wanted to know she had a vast knowledge on all of the items i was interested in and was very helpful, she was also very polite and cheerful which helps ease customers. When i had decided which bed i wanted the process was ever so quick which i must admit i liked very efficent and to top it off i was extremely happy because the next time slot was for within 4days. So not only did i recieve quality service but super fast quality at that :) one very happy customer. I would definately return and reccomend this company to friends and family.

Having spent 30 + years in retail myself I was impressed by the way in which we were approached by Stephen and how he assessed what we wished to buy. Not only did we purchase the headboard we wanted but in conversation we mentioned we were maybe wanting to buy a new bed. He then proceeded to discuss this possibility and successfully sold us the idea on the Octasprung bed which we will be back to purchase in the very near future. That was an excellent 'Add on' sale and his product knowledge was first class. He demonstrated how it functioned and made suggestions as to how we should make a frame for it as we live in a 16th.Century cottage and the floor is uneven on one side. All in all.....the Customer service was excellent. Many thanks
