The employer we had was very very helpful, very informative and although we had our 4 year old daughter with us and she was playing up, the employee interacted and played with her to help us have time to do the mattress electric bed thing, she helped her with spelling and was very entertaining, our daughter even asked if we could go back and see her again

Jenny at the Torquay store was fantastic! She listened to our history of poor mattress buying and issues with not sleeping and recommended the sleep test. This helped us to identify a mattress that suited both our needs. Also as we went with two young children she helped keep them amused whilst we tried the mattresses! Jenny’s knowledge of each product we tried was amazing and it gave us confidence that we were making the right choice- unlike many other times when we’ve wasted money on unsuitable products! I was particularly satisfied with Jenny, who served me on 2 occasions. Her friendly, courteous manner was delightful, and her product knowledge was superb. I also quoted a price comparison and Jenny did what she could to give me your best price. I have never shopped at Dreams previously, however, I will certainly return, as I will need a whole new bed in the near future. I wish all customers could be met with someone like your Jenny.
