Dreams - Torquay

We bought a Silent Night mattress some months ago and returned to Dreams because the product was excellent and Natalie's expertise and helpfulness was exceptional. This time we bought a bed to do the mattress justice and again Natalie answered questions and processed the order with charm and efficiency. We actually asked for her when we got to the store this time - I can't remember ever doing that before - she is a great sales asset to the store.

Good customer service and knowledge of products. Value for money.

The customer care given by your sales adviser was something rare in this day of " get an order at all costs and get rid of them ". I believe your colleague's name was Steve at your Torquay branch . His level of product knowledge was exceptional and his degree of professionalism was a credit to him as well as making him an important asset to your company .

Excellent service, not intrusive or pushing at all. Visited first to look at mattresses, spent a lot of time explaining different types and we felt at ease testing them to see what we thought, spending over 1 hour in store. Did not purchase that time, and didn't feel at all pushed to do so. Looked at several other competitors but returned because of the service and bought from the person!

The assistant, Steve on 01803 616704, was patient and considerate offering advice and options. We revisited the store many times until we made final decision. Dreams satisfied our requirements and met our budget.

Ease of products available.

The salesman was knowledgeable and able to advise us with the information on the type of bed that would be most suitable for us He also gave us time to make our minds up, without hassling us which is what I like

I found the sales assistant - Natalie, to be very helpful and friendly. She understood what I was looking for and didn't come across as too pushy. The bed I purchased was what I was looking for at a good price. Just waiting for it to be delivered now.
