SPEED WITH WHICH I WAS ABLE TO DECIDE ON THE PRODUCT I WANTED AND COMPLETE THE PURCHASE

We were approached by a member of staff fairly quickly after entering the store who was very interested in what we were looking for asking questions and listening to our answers. She was also very good with our young child who wanted to play with her a show her things. We were made to feel extremely welcome.

we were served by Natalie who was extremely kind,helpful & efficient.. really pleased with the quality of our products and packaging was excellent Did pop into store after our delivery of goods to thank Natalie personally as we were extremely happy with our purchase from her,unfortunately she was on holiday ... hopefully my comments will be passed to her.

We were given time to browse on our own before being approached by staff. The sales assistant was not at all pushy but very informative

The assistant (Elizebeth) was very knowledgeable, and explained things very simply so making the choice was not so confusing. Plus she did not hassel whule trying out beds but was there to assist when needed.

Steve was very helpful. We first went to Bentsons the sales man was very pushy and didn't give us chance to look around. But Steve from Dreams was lovely wasn't pushy and helped when asked I would recommend Dreams to anyone.

Elizebeth was very polite and had a great knowledge of products.

We found a bed online and went In store to view it. We found it easily, and decided we wanted to buy it - we found a member of staff who sat us down and walked us through the ordering process. She also price matched the online price with free delivery to the in store price which had a £40 delivery fee. We left having ordered a bed when we weren't really expecting too, and we were very very happy with our purchase. We now can't wait for it to arrive!
