Dreams - Torquay

Our salesman Stephen was very knowledgeable and understanding he listened as we explained to him what we were looking for and he advised us accordingly. We were very satisfied with the assistance provided by Stephen and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Dreams to our friends and family.

Magnus (in Torquay) was fantastic at understanding our need and discussing different options. He wrote evertything down for my wife and recognised her and again provided assistance when I returned with her a few days later. Fantastic customer service and we have no doubt the bed will meet our needs after discussing different options with him. Thank you.

After visiting a privately-owned department store, looking for a new bed, as we were spending what is to us a substantial amount of money, we thought we would try Dreams as well. We are glad we did for the range offered was wide and the assistant who welcomed us was knowledgeable about the various ranges of beds that we looked at. Indeed, we were very pleasantly surprised because we had not considered visiting Dreams before, and we were very glad we did. Furthermore, with Dreams' exchange policy (i.e. if we are not satisfied with the bed we may exchange it) was reassuring. Not that we anticipate a problem, but it is a very good back-up policy, just in case we do not find the bed comfortable. Overall, a very good shopping experience.

We had been across the road benson for beds we have always shipped there but the salesman was rude and I could tell he wasn't interested and wanted to get home as it was close to closing. We ran across car park and went into your shop WOW what a difference greeted told not to rush and then Natalie was the most helpful person I've dealt with in a long time she explained everything helped us to select and was fantastic a real credit to your store.

We were greeted warmly and offered assistance as soon as we entered the store by your assistant Elizabeth...We wanted a new mattress but weren`t sure what we wanted she gave us information and encouraged us to try out as many as we wanted ant talked us through all the choices on offer..but without being pushy ..We settled on one and she was able to offer us a very prompt delivery date and removal of our old mattress ..A purchase we thought would take us ages ,because of time constraints was in fact sorted very promptly without pain !! and the very welcome cold drink offered to us on a very hot sunday afternoon many thanks staff at TORQUAY
