From when we arrived till left store it was quick and easy to select the bed from our choice/needs and place the order

Elizabeth was delightful.

The service was excellent, I can't fault it. Nothing was too much. In addition, I had visited a couple of weeks before to start looking. When I returned to purchase I was impressed that one of the sales team enquired as to whether I had been to the store before and then ensured the person who had originally supported me was available again. Very impressed.

The sales assistance (Natalie) was knowledgeable, friendly, not too pushy and allowed us time to peruse and consider what product suited us best. Although initially we were just looking, decided to buy because of the quality of products available and guidance/knowledge of Natalie.

STEVE WAS VERY HELPFUL FROM THE MOMENT HE SAW MYSELF AND MY PARTNER ENTER THE STORE. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING TO OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MATTRESS WE WERE LOOKING FOR. HIS KNOWLEDGE WAS EXCELLENT.

Was greeted and welcomed plesantly , great service , Product information was clear and well explained and demonstrated as well as I was looking at ottoman beds.. Documentation was clearly explained .. Salesman was polite and was very helpful with a friendly manner .., would happily shop there again ... Looking forward to my bed arriving !! 😊

Sales assistant Steve was excellent. His product knowledge was a great help to us and he wasn't too pushy with the sale, but very attentive and informative.
