went to your exeter store. The sofa bed we wanted to see was not in stock,we wereadvised to try your Torquay store to see it in the flesh, which resulted in the purchase.The staff in both outlets were both helpful and courteous .Full Marks.

Steve was excellent. He was extremely thorough and spent time answering both mine and my partner's questions. He walked us through the process step by step and his attention to detail was second to none. His approach was all about our comfort and not selling us the most expensive product. This meant that I exceeded my budget slightly due to the confidence he installed in me. Once he was satisfied that he had answered all of our questions and passed on his knowledge he then left us to discuss our decision and did not push the sale at all. He is an asset to your company.
