Dreams - Torquay

Having done research online I thought I knew what I wanted in store but being faced with a sea of beds confused me! The Dreams assistan,t Elizabeth, was wonderful, extremely helpful, patient and explained everything I needed to know and gave me plenty of time to make my decision. I was also very impressed with the cup of tea the other assistant provided, which to me was excellent customer service. It's thirsty work filling in all the paperwork!

The reason I was most satisfied was because you go in to most bed shops and you get jumped on by sales people but it was nice to look around first and then ask for assistance and the service was brilliant.
