The assistant was very friendly and understood the specific needs of my purchase and offered several choices. She was informative and organised my purchase quickly and efficiently.

Given plenty of time to peruse beds, not continually hassled by sales representative but given considerate attention when required.

Great customer service , as soon as me and my partner walked in we were greeted by smiles and the offer of a coffee or Tea, no pressure let us walk round and take our time

We were assisted in-store by Elizabeth, who gave us good advice yet also gave us the time to browse and think without being 'hassled'. Our product was delivered by Chris and Ross who were equally outstanding - they were friendly, helpful, came on time and put our new mattress exactly where we wanted it. Exceptional service all round.

Elizabeth took a lot of time and trouble to understand what I wanted. I am of senior years and have a speech problem which makes it hard for people to understand what I am saying. Elizabeth took time and did not hurry me, even made me a cup of tea! She also told me about the VAT relief I was entitled to with my blue badge, which I knew nothing about and this saved me quite a lot of money.

We were looked after well and given all the information we asked. We came to Dreams first fully expecting to make a purchase elsewhere but because of the customer service, product, and price we didn't go anywhere else.

The assistant was extremely helpful in guiding us to suitable products and was really friendly and welcoming.
